Date: 26^th & 27^th January, 2013

Dear Birds Lover,

This Winter, Bird Conservation Society, Gujarat with support of Prakruti Mitra Mandal, Dahod has organised a Bird Watching Workshop on the Wetlands of Machhan Water Reserve, Limdi, Dist. Dahod. This Wetland is still less explored and one can eye many rare species of migratory birds here.

Participants should make their own arrangements to reach Limdi. Registration is open for first 50 participants only. Please carry light bedding for your personnel comfort.

Programme Schedule

Date: 26-1-2013, Saturday

*         Reporting at Limdi: 11.00 am (Aaradhna Bhavan, Near Jain Temple, Kumbharvas,   Limdi, Dist. Dahod)

*         Lunch: 1.00 pm

*         Visit to Patangdi dam (Limkheda)

*         Tea: 6.00 pm

*         Dinner

*         Group Discussion & Night Stay at Limdi

Date: 27-1-2013, Sunday

*         Tea & Breakfast: 7.30 am

*         Visit to Machhan - Raniar & Tandi site for Bird Watching

*         Lunch: 1.00 pm

*         Visit to Kaliya Talav

*         Reporting: 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm

*         Tea & Snacks

*         Departure
