I guess Nat has the best possible answer.

Second to best, there is the TAPS fieldschool. Although ethnographic in nature, the ethnobotany of the bolivian amazon is well tackled by Victoria Reyes. So perhaps not your best fit, nonetheless, it might still be of interest to others on the list.
