– Focus on the Pacific (ICRECC2010)

Pacific countries face many challenges that are common to them all. Most important amongst these are energy security and the impact of climate change.
The International Conference on Renewable Energy and Climate Change (ICRECC2010) will, for the first time, provide a common venue where the peoples of the Pacific will sit down together and device their own strategies for solving their common problems. ICRECC2010 will cover topics ranging from renewable energy resources, to technologies and their relevance to the development of the region and cross-cutting socio-economic and policy issues. It will also include a comprehensive discussion of the impact of climate change as experienced by the people of the Pacific nations themselves.
