Description:
We are seeking a Climate Change Policy and Strategy Analyst who will report directly to the Head of Policy & Strategy Unit supporting the policy work for the wider Camco business.

Working within the PSU to position Camco at the cutting edge of climate change and sustainable energy policy development you will be helping the PSU Team and other Camco business units to develop position papers, policy papers, and new business opportunities.

You must have a Masters or Undergraduate degree in economics, social science, environmental science, possibly relevant energy engineering (or other with relevant work experience) in order to be able to apply for this role as well as proven experience in fields such as climate change, environmental management, resource economics or similar (relevant work experience will count towards this).

Ideally you will come from a consultancy background, although we will also consider applicants with proven experience in fields that are relevant to climate change, carbon markets and sustainable energy. Solid, relevant practical experience will be a major advantage. You must be able to show experience with self-initiative, excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
