postdoctoral position, to begin 9/1/10, in the Department of Human Ecology
at the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, Rutgers University.
The project focuses on issues of gender and landscape change in settled
regions of the Ecuadorian Amazon. Some field work in Ecuador, fluency in
Spanish, and a working knowledge of remote sensing will be required for the
position. This position is funded through a grant from the Coupled Natural
and Human Systems section of the Biocomplexity and the Environment Program
at the National Science Foundation. If interested, please send your cv and
